Riot Help Us Out

Everyone has been there, you're in champ select in ranked and someone for whatever reason has taken the path of the douche canoe, "LET ME DO THIS OR I'LL FEED" "DUO ADC THEN", basically if they don't get what they want then no one can have a good game. So then you have one of two options, you abandon the que and wait five minutes and lose 3 LP, or you deal with it and hope your team can still win the game. But why are these the only options, why must it be that if someone doesn't get what they want they can force it upon others to be penalized/ punished for their own selfish play. Sure after game you can report someone for "refusal to communicate with team" but you never truly see if the person got punished for it and they just wasted your time for their selfish attitude in a game. So why doesn't Riot make a simple button that allows us to vote a player out before the game even begins, that way if someone is doing something that the entire team believes could negatively impact them the game never happens and no one has to jump on the grenade.

TL;DR Ranked que as we all know is screwed if you get a troll, Riot should give us a button so people aren't penalized for others actions.
