Here's how the last 30 minutes of DQ have gone for me

Queue'd Jungle/Top

Spent 4 minutes getting queue to pop. Got top, first ban afk, 3 minutes for it to pop Top again. Ban phase done, someone dodges. 4 minutes no more pop.

Leave queue, requeue. Instantly pops me to jungle, goes through ban phase, halfway through picks, another dodge. rinse repeat

I wanted to play a game about 30 minutes ago, I'm still in character select.
