Can we have a special weekend game mode for fan-based pbe stuff?

I mean, a bunch of us silver idiots can submit item ideas to Riot, and riot can add these items to the special weekend mode.

Then when it's over, they can pick the "best" item (most used, most balanced, etc.) and add it into the game!

I mean, they sorta did that with Dead Man's Plate, right?
