So my friend keeps getting less the 810BE significantly less from his past 6 capsules like less then 400 he's new to the game and I think this is completely unfair, can we upvote so riot responds?

riot already told us they won't change it to previous posts , but they "might" buff the be from capsules a little bit

From levels 1 to 30 there are set rewards you get from leveling up. There's a table somewhere out there, let me see if I can find it.

But that aside, level 10 your friend got 190, the chart in the post you linked says it averages at 90 so that's 100 more. Also the BE values in that chart are based on the assumption that they disenchant all of the champion shards they get.
If your friend is not disenchanting every shard then they will have less BE. But having shards for champions you want actually makes them cheaper to unlock, so you actually get more value in that case.
Rito doesn't give a shit about you, or me or anyone else. They just want money, they can say that this system as better but the truth is this system is a broken garbage heap. This company has been declining for some time but it's become apparently that someone somewhere met with EA and activision and a couple of other company execs and desided that instead of making games good so people want to buy things in them they'll just charge for everything under the sun and make their game quality absolute shit.
