passive: 10% reduce dmg by 50% ....should be like 20% - 25%
then her ult: only selected person can do her dmg and she does extra dmg to choosen.... but yet she can do continue doing dmg to people/towers..... at very least she should only do dmg to the choosen one of ult..

Poppy usually does very good or very bad no grey... and her potential to do good is very limited.
she also isn't a " moba fire build champ " that you can look up someone else's guide and build her in a step by step way and expect to do good. some ppl build her tank, some ap burst, others ad.
they have been talking about it for ages but i have yet to see any real work released to us yet as far as notes or kit changes
They better not touch her passive or ult.
I love my broken little yordle diplomat just the way she is.
