People who don't want to play support

For whatever reason I've been trying to play more adc but several times have I run into Teemo supports that don't even get spellthieves and try to take some cs. I'm not whining about "terrible supports" it's just annoying and I don't know if I have serious bad luck or if supports who didn't get mid are on the rise.
