It's no secret that Knockups, Displacements and Knockbacks are owned by a HUGE number of champions in the game now, tenacity doesn't help with them and when your against a team stacked with them it can kind of feel like there's nothing you can do if you get CC chained by one.

I think if an item like this were introduced certain champion abilities could be excluded, small displacements like Moakai's Q as an example, it doesn't move you very far and doesn't last long, this ability and many other's don't displace you much so reducing them wouldn't really have a noticeable effect. Vi Q is the same, it's really short and small. Other abilities like Poppy's E and vayne's Condemn shouldn't either because they require the player to do something else in addition to the displacement and reducing the distance they can displace you would make it a lot harder to reliably put the opponent into a wall.

I think this item would be a nice addition, you'd have to make the active choice kind of like you do when going with Merc's VS Tabi's if you get one you can't get the other but if the enemy team has A LOT of displacements and knockups then this one is the obvious choice since Merc's would be useless.
