Riot plz give IE/ER to other maps

Plz? It feels really bad to play crit based champs on TT/scar right now do to this, is trash period and the lack of ER when playing CD reliant champs like jhin/graves makes the experience really annoying, i don't even get why you changed to the current state, bleeds don't work on carries that die faster than the bleed takes to do the dmg.
