Yasuo rework just a bit
This is just a theory I had to improve Yasuo. Overall I mean his ability to ARAM without having to wait on pesky teammates who won't let you stack your Q or won't ever engage first afterwards. Also since you guys are also thinking of removing boot augments, this will assist him a bit with the nerf since mobility was key to his kit.
Now for you fools out there who will just hate any theories on improving a champion who is too op...seriously give this guy some love...The reason why he is so unusable isn't because he is always in urf. It's because he has too much limitations especially that E. The only broken thing about this man is his double critical buff and without that he's practically inferior to all other champs especially Yi who is like the older and yet more profitable choice with that broken kit.
Passive: It's fine. It's overall OP but works for a man who has to go all in.
Q: No longer needs to stack to fire his winds instead Yasuo generates a buff every 12 seconds that allows him to cast his wind. Yasuo must use this buff before he can generate another. Yasuo must now cast his wind by holding down the Q key to charge it for 2 seconds and then releasing the key. (Note: he can only charge his Q when he has the buff. Animations should also show him engulfed in wind when fully charged). When it fully charges, Yasuo releases all slows and suppressions affecting him at the moment. Yasuo can also E right after it is charged to instead do his usual E+Q combo. Ranking this skill should drop generating time to 7 seconds at max rank.
Q Explained: 3 stacks is too tough to handle without minions or monsters. I get seriously irritated by how much of a need enemy minions are to Yasuo to use his signature move. I believe 12 seconds should be fine since Yasuo's starting Q's cooldown timer was around 3 seconds. So it would be stacked around 10 seconds anyways. This style just makes it way easier to let off Yasuo's wind when he's not in a solo lane or being bullied by the right champion. The little boost I'm suggesting where he releases slows and suppressions was something that came to mind. If he can control wind, he shouldn't be so easy to suppress or slow down either. Note that you will have to time charging his Q or even waiting till after your CCed if you wish to use this bonus which also means you won't be able to use your wind anyways until afterwards.
W: Yasuo will now cast his windwall right in front of him. Yasuo can now use his E on his windwall to dash through it. Note: As with the conditions on his E, he can only do it once every few seconds. Meaning only ONCE since it doesn't even last long. (Also, just incase it isn't there, Yasuo's W should block on both sides of the windwall.)
W Explained: Give this guy a break seriously. His wind is there so he should be able to use it to dash through if he's got no minions to dash through, right? With this he at the least has one possible dash on hand. Making it appear right in front of him is just ideal to make it possible to E through it right away without having to walk up to it.
E: Using it gives Yasuo a 10% movement speed boost for 1 second.
E explained: Well you guys are taking away the furor boot augment mod which gives movement speed after doing single hit skill shots and basic attack so this will at least retain it a little on Yasuo.
R: Yasuo's Ulti range is no longer circular and instead a straight line. It should also have more range than his current ult but should be more manageable for enemy players.
R explained: Button smashing this till someone knocked up somebody is fun and all but it is way too OP if it can target everyone who's entered a knock up. Instead, Yasuo players should have to choose where and on whom they wish to land this ult. By this I mean that he should no longer be able to hit everyone knocked up and instead everyone in a single area who has been knocked up. So unless your enemies are clueless enough to gather into a circle, you shouldn't be hitting everyone especially if they are completely scattered.
Overall I think this will improve Yasuo's ability to lane with others and give him some utility when there are no enemy minions around. Also nerfing his ult a little to make it less OP.
