Azir is ridiculously broken atm

Why did you have to overbuff this abomination again riot? Did you forget that his kit needs A FULL rework, not straight up buffs?

He needs to be hotfixed.

If he doesnt go 0-10 in lane then you kind of auto lose the game, hes basically an adc that can burst you from 700+ range and has a 1k range dash with a shield and a team wide disengage ult, you basically cannot do damage to him with a champ that isnt xerath/lux/ziggs, as any adc you'll lose 80% of your health in the time you get maybe 1 auto attack on him.

I just dodge right now if the other team gets azir, its an auto loss if he doesnt get camped hard in lane.
