Are there any modern replacements to the old Victorious Gaming and similar online LoL tournaments?

I decided that it'd be pretty good practice and a bit of fun to go do some tournaments again. Come to find out the biggest provider's website is down and seems to have been for some time. What's a modern day replacement?

For the uninitiated:

Victorious Gaming used to run LoL tournaments, via Teamspeak. You'd join, and get sorted via rank. Then you'd get matched to a team, so all the teams are roughly equal in skill. Then you play through a set number of brackets (usually a total of 4-5 games per team till finals) and compete. This resulted in a lot of teamplay and scouting that the average player just was never exposed to. It was really fun, plus you'd win prizes. I played all the time and usually won or got 2nd, buuuut the RP farming was real. I actually earned over 30k RP from tournaments. Probably one of the reasons they got shut down.

Anywho, is there a replacement for VG?

Edit: Pic of some of the rewards I got
