Even if you can see the name of the voters, nothing will change. Since you can't punish people for their votes that they cast to for any reason including but not limited to trolling; it's all kinds of moral minefield in that direction if we were to ever say "I am punishing you for voting in a certain agenda that I disprove of". And needless to say, it also enables potential problems related to bullying.
Not to mention, being able to see the voter's names is another problem about undermining the integrity of voting itself as a practice.
So whichever way you go, it's big trouble. So why bother?
And in the end of the day, it's just 5 extra minute, assuming we're talking about 1 person that vote No in ff15 votes. It's really not a big deal.
What's more, if there's 2 or more teammates that vote No. It means there are a good portion of your team that still want to play the game. Actually winnable or not, if they're just trolling or not, you shouldn't just accuse them of being trolls just because they voted No to your call for surrender.
