Like, is it my fault?

It's so hard to carry anymore, if you're not bot. It's gotten to the point where even if I'm 13/0 on literally anything and did as much as I possibly could (roaming, getting objectives, pressuring my other lanes) it doesn't matter, because my xayah is 1/4 and their tristana is 4/2. And yet, I can't do anything about it, because if I try to go and focus on her, my entire combo, my everything is completely "outplayed" by a janna/lulu/rakan shield, etc. Why does botlane have to be so important, I hate it. It makes me and all my effort getting as fed as i am feel so pointless, and Idk if it's just because I'm bad and don't know what to do with my lead, I try my best to do something with it, but even if that's the case It's just not fun at all. :(
