Can poppy Q AOE area be bigger?

I mean after I played poppy. I feel like she belongs to the jungle. shes good top. but not nearly as good as jungle. but later on the game. her clearing speed does not improve that much. can poppy AOE attack be on a bigger area. I mean its really damn small.
