Add summoning sound to Murder Bridge

Currently when you play on Sumooner's Rift, you hear this very distinguishable summoning sound when the game starts, which is very usefull when you're doing something else during the loading screen. This is not the case on Murder Bridge maps however, which is quite annoying.
