To tp or not to tp

Dont tp: your team loses because you werent there. Do tp: if you cant return to lane, your teammates head back to their lanes while your lane opponent takes 2 towers. Wether you ask them to cover or not. Then if you start taking exhaust you get someone reporting you. I wouldnt take tp if it wasnt the only way to mitigate an early setback.
