Please change Heimerdinger's passive
That passive is so invisible. Even though you know it's 5 hp heal per second it's barely noticeable on late game. I'm not even sure why we are keeping this passive. They reworked Sona because removed Aegis's magic resist and heal because it gave hidden power.
That passive is perhaps the most useless of all passive.
Gragas, Garren, Akali, Morgana, Maokai all got better ways of getting health too.
Can't Heim have another passive that actually synergises with his turrets? I got like a ton of idea if you don't :
- Turrets attack speed are increased based on Heim's missing health
- Heimerdinger's armor and magic resist are given to turrets too (scaling)
- Turrets have increased range per level
- Turrets laser automatically charge by a % when Heim cast a spell.
- Turrets also shoot a single missile when heim cast his W
- Turrets now applies on hit effect
- Turrets can deal physical damage or magic damage based on target's lower resistance
- Whenever a turret is destroyed when Heim is near, he can pick up the ''broken parts'' and reduce his Q's cooldown by X amount
- Every X seconds whenever heimerdinger puts a turret, it is fully charged with a laser
- Laser now slows by X %
- Turrets will deal extra damage on CC'ed targets
- Whenever a turret is destroyed, other turrets are healed by X amount
- If a turret is destroyed withing X seconds after being put, it explodes and deal dmg on an AOE
- Turrets can be detonated by heimerdinger dealing X dmg on an AOE
- Stacking turrets together will combine a turret making it more powerful. Can stack up to 2 times. Stacked turrets counts as 2-3 turrets meaning that you can't have more than 1 stacked turret.
- Heim can put his turrets to sleep mode making them unable to attack but heals X amount per second and charge their laser.
