Recommend making visible player division & rank during chat

There is a type of toxic chat generated by players with a poor understanding of their place in the sorting order of ranked play which amounts to verbal attempts to replace the ranking system through abusive chat.

It would reduce instances of those conversations if "#2, Bronze V" or similar is visible in chat so everyone knows their place.
