Reporting Riot for not producing a "Warded" ping /s

Picture this: I'm jungle Fiddlesticks, I head top and use a Scryer to detect a Control Ward. I move up to kill it, but my ping and position makes Kayle think I'm ganking, so she fights Jayce and dies, letting him snowball top lane.

That communication error could've been avoided if there were a ping that says "Warded". Why the heck has it STILL not been made available?
