Jax E Interactions

Why can a Jax counter-strike block a Nasus Q, Trundle Q, Garen Q, Wukong Q, Fiora Q, Illaoi W, etc., but not a Yasuo Q. Also, Jax can't block both shots of Lucian's double-shot? Jax is supposed to be a massive counter to Yasuo, and he counters champions like Nasus, Garen, Wukong because he can block these abilities that are auto-attack reset, sheen applying abilities. Yasuo's Q however is an auto reset, and a sheen applying ability, but it cannot block any of them. The fact that this hasn't been mentioned from a Jax player before and brought attention to it is actually hilarious because it doesn't make any sense. This isn't me hating on Yasuo in particular because I main the champ and decided to pick a supposed counter to lane against him, when my E ability, the best ability in Jax's kit by far, is rendered useless because of this dumb interaction. If it can't block a Yasuo Q, why can it even block an auto-attack? In this game, I had managed to get hit by Q's through counter-strike all damn game until I had 25 hp and I blocked damage from the TORNADO. I hadn't managed to block the tornado's damage all game long until I had 25 hp. I don't understand how it is this hard to code an ability especially after the viral clip of "RIGHT THROUGH THE COUNTER-STRIKE"
