Issues with Ranking

Riot, I don't know if you play ranked games but when a player is in high Plat and has to watch his low gold teammate get obliterated in a lane vs a Diamond mid is frankly not fun.

Can we separate Platinum + from Gold and lower?

If they are truly AMAZING they will climb into Plat without an issue.
