Im fine with some of cho's kit, hes not that hard to dodge, but his sustain needs to be toned down by a lot. He already gets free stats off his ult, and then you buff the cd on it. As it stands cho can just sit in lane all day while offering perhaps the best cc kit in the game.

... How does he get sustain off his ult? Its literally less than 40HP from one unit. At level 18.

Because cho hasnt been buffed in ages. Hes always been strong, but immobile. I-m-m-o-b-i-l-e. Do you understand how much weaker that makes any champ than ANY other champion who boasts mobility?
