i can confirm placements on fresh account depends on normal mmr

So i did fresh placements on three smurfs, 2 i bought and one i leveled myself, the 2 bought started iron 2 and iron 1 and the one i leveled myself that had pretty good normal mmr started bronze 4, so it looks like the first ever placement depend on how you did in the previous normal games
