Get more IP if you pass a rank

Hi sory for my english rigth way, i was thinking that it was an good idea to get a bonus IP if you passed ranks like Silver V to Silver IV, and a bigger IP bonus if you passed Silver I to Gold V. This for all the ranks of course not just for this two cases of course.
