1. NOW play with caution
2. NOW stop wasting your mana just to poke
3. NOW learn how to throw your shark better

Before the change, all Fizz has to do is aa and watch enemy's HP goes down by 50%. Pretty much Fizz takes more skills to master now.

Also his ult is probably among the top 3 worst skillshots in the game.

Do what I did, stop playing him altogether and find a better assassin like lissandra or vi.

And Ahri. Ahri will sweep the floor with most champions in the mid lane.

I have an idea to re-buff fizz. If his shark lands the killing blow, the shark "eats" the champion, and nourishes the shark, allowing it to grow stronger. As a result, the shark increases in size and the AOE from the ult gets bigger, along with the shark doing more damage. And this can stack cho'gath style.

You level your E. You get a Sheen by level 6, land your R, E at your opponent and land it, then W+Q and maybe another AA and they're dead a good majority of the time. They nerfed his ratios, which is negligible early on and his R now gives a 20% boost, so you can land your E, which has a large amount of base damage and a good ratio, then laugh at them as you AA them. His W's new instant execute damage means he can kill a lot easier.

How many times have you played Fizz? Diving right on top of anyone at level 6 does more like 900 damage plus ignite and W which is usually not even needed. You do realize that mages don't have that much more than 1,000 health so it is quite easy actually.

Well most mid laners are ranged or have poke which is very annoying to lane against. That's what keeps Fizz balanced. That is probably the only thing keeping him balanced.
