Balance Suggestions for Next Patch

I've been thinking about ideas to balance certain champions for the next patch. Feel free to share your own suggestions as I display mine.

Braum

  • Unbreakable: increased movement speed bonus with rank This would help Braum intercept projectiles a bit more easily later in the game.

Katarina

  • Shunpo: increased cast range, no longer provides damage reduction This way, Katarina could close the distance more easily while allowing more room for counterplay, similarly to the nerfs to Akali's Twilight Shroud.

Shen

  • Feint: lower base strength and AP scaling, but now also scales with bonus health
  • Stand United: same type of change as Feint A shield on a tank should scale with something defensive, right?

Talon

  • Cutthroat: now stuns the target for 0.125 seconds Functionally, it's more an interruption than anything else. Thematically, it makes the ability's name make sense.

Teemo

  • Noxious Trap: Teemo can place shrooms more frequently, but shrooms are now visible Finally, everyone's least favorite champion would take skill to use in the heat of battle.

Yasuo

  • Increased health per level This would help Yasuo's survivability in lane the longer the game drags on, so he doesn't get shut down so easily all the time.
  • Sweeping Blade: bonus damage cap increases with rank This would help Yasuo's damage potential the longer the game drags on, albeit marginally.

I agree with the Braum, Kat, and Shen changes. I don't really have an opinion on the Talon change. I have to disagree with the Yasuo and Teemo changes though. Teemo already has enough shrooms, and wouldn't benefit much from getting more. Also, making them visible would make them completely useless as traps. Moving on to Yasuo, they just nerfed his base hp. He's supposed to be fragile, since he does such a large amount of damage. Also, why does he need a larger bonus damage cap? He's already a lategame monster, so I don't think he needs a buff to his damage potential.

Talon - The few Talons I see are still doing just fine. Yasuo - He is supposed to have a bad early game. They have stated this a few times. Teemo - He really just needs a rework. He's not too good right now, and when he is, it's extremely toxic (double entendres) to the other team: near-unlimited vision, a targeted Blind, and then after throwing out a Blind, that's pretty much it for him: He's too squishy to do any major damage to anyone competent.
