Different Sightstone Upgrades

Sightstone is the vision item for Summoners Rift, and it is very vital to any team. the ruby sightstone however, it is seen as a useless purchase because all it does is give some health. two ways to fix this problem is:

1. you could place a higher amount of wards. instead of just 3 wards that you could place make it 4-5 wards.

2. they could add variety to the upgrades. for example, instead of having just a ruby sightstone that gives HP, having another sightstone that give mana, or one that gives movement speed.
