Kennen

Let's be honest. Kennen, one of the worst champions in this game.

• runs out of energy after one spell combo, reducing him to auto attacks for the rest of the fight
• does no damage, even when built for it.
• cant build defense without becoming useless thanks to near zero base damage and no true/percent/bonus/etc.
• zero CC protection when he tries to lightning rush. I still can't understand the stupidity of this design.
• absurdly long cooldown on ult
• nerfed range on shuriken can't compete with other mages and their longer range
• a stun that lasts only 1 second and requires enormous set-up, way shorter than the CC of other mages

This champ is probably the least rebalanced of any of the champions. Read the patch notes for the past 10 years, you can count the number of times you see Kennen on one hand.

In his current state, he should be disabled to avoid people getting gang reported for their "troll pick"

A remake is needed. I don't think a simple buff would be enough. This champ is just too bad right now.
