Jungle Kled

From what I've seen of jungle kled, his early clear seems to be pretty slow and he tends to lose skaarl after just 2 camps. Now this wouldn't be too much of a problem except for the fact that killing the jungle monsters doesn't give him any courage to get skaarl back while in the jungle. So in my personal opinion Kled could be a much more effective jungler if you gave him some way of getting skaarl back by just farming the jungle monsters, maybe make attacking red and blue buff give him the same amount of courage that attacking a champion or tower would give him and the smaller jungle monsters give him the same amount of courage as last hitting minions. Just my personal thoughts on jungle Kled but please rito, look into this.
