Nerfing Ganks, but not Junglers

Long story short, Red buff should lose it's slow effect.

But why? See, it actually fucks the map. When a Jungler ganks, he can only really apply it to one person. This makes it a lot more potent when ganking solo lanes compared to when ganking Bot. It's even more potent when ganking Top because most champs there are melee.

But why the slow, why not the damage? Well, if you wanna be a smartass and go into the enemy Jungle, you should usualy get your ass handed to you. Slow won't do that, damage will...the same way damage won't ruin your lane, but slow will.

For bonus points, Marksman no longer get a free slow in the late game. It's not much, but it's something.
