Still getting trapped in minions

so I teleport onto my tower, right?

guess where my minions are, against my tower.

guess what I can't do.... I can't move at all until the minions move out of the way.

This is a legitimate issue, and the minion collision problem is currently worse than before Riot decided to tamper with it. I'ts ridiculous. Champions should take priority when it comes to having space, and if a champion moves and collides with a minion, the minion shouldn't be a brick wall, but should be moved out of place instead. It is affecting a lot of gameplay and it's ridiculous.
