Aram dodge timers need to get fixed

Not really sure what this topic would be considered I dont think its gameplay and balance but its not a bug or general discussion so I figure here is the best spot.

I feel as though one of two things should happen when it comes to aram dodge timers. Either:

A. Dodge timers should not increase in aram. Pick a static amount, 10 minutes would be perfect imo because that means you can still dodge if youre on a team comp you know is going to lose aka 5 melee champs with no sustain and minimal cc and dont want to waste your time but you wont feel forced to play it the next time it happens because the dodge penalty wont be 30-60+ minutes the next time you do it. I rarely dodge and generally only do it when something comes up right before a game starts or there is too much troll in champion select or a friend wants to join me and I'm already in lobby. Aram is for fun but that doesnt mean I should be forced to put myself through an unpleasant experience or be fearful because it has the most harsh dodge timers there is. 15 minutes starting and 15 minute increases every time after(I dont dodge too often so havnt gone above 30 yet but it could even possibly me 30 minutes into an hour I'm just guessing on the 15 minute increase). This is a user created game mode that was made for fun. Players shouldnt be punished so heavily for dodging. When aram 1st became an official game mode no matter how many times you dodged I think it was 5 minutes the 1st time you dodged and then 15 every time after until it reset which was perfect.

B. Make aram/all individual game modes/maps have their own dodge timer. You dodge in aram you can still play 5v5(team builder, team draft and blind should all have their own timer, but the 1st should be minimal because you have no idea how many times I clicked draft meaning to do blind or ranked, and ranked should have its own dodge timer) 3v3 and or dominion. Dodging in one game mode should not effect the other imo.

TL;DR either take aram back to the way it used to be with a 5 minute dodge timer the 1st time you dodge and then 15 minute timers every time after until your dodge timer resets or separate dodge timers by game modes and/or maps. Meaning each game mode should have its own dodge timer and each ranked game mode should have its own dodge timer.
