Where's the love?

This was said about Hecarim for this patch...."Though it hasn’t been that long since Hecarim’s era of dominance in the toplane, our little pony is struggling to be relevant after his last few rounds in the patch notes. Specifically, many of the recent changes Hecarim received were to limit the abuse cases of an early Homeguard purchase - something that’s no longer possible after preseason. So he's not relevant so he's getting a buff... WTF! How many champions are not relevant in the current meta? Maybe Kennen who literally hasn't had a buff for a YEAR NOW (and yes I went over the patch notes for every patch for the last year, last one was 8 months ago fixing a bug he had, the other was more than a year ago and it was a very minor change to his ult.) There are many other champions that just don't see any love. Either due to popularity of what league wants to keep in their meta.
