Let's go in with a plan

I was just curious what the general outlook would be on disabling new champs in ranked queues for at least like, a week. There are definitely more than a few people who are like "New champ? Let's try them out! IN RANKED! :DDDDDDD" and it can be devastatingly annoying to play with. Just an idea.
