Question About Rageblade

If I use Guinsoo's Rageblade in a build, would it additionally trigger the effects of items like Statikk Shiv and Rapid Fire Cannon that trigger off of just hitting things or would it also trigger effects on items like Lord Van Damm's Pilliger that trigger of of getting critical strikes as well? Any clarification helps as it determines whether or not I will use it in my critical strike adc build for [slayer-jinx-wink]
