Question about vision score

So right now I'm having a LOT of trouble getting S with Braum, I want to level all supports to level 7, i know i won't be able to display all of them on my main profile.. umm.. preview.. i don't know what it's called, but I still want them all on level 7. So I'm struggling to get a S, and how I'm trying to get it is by not dying and keep getting assists, but what about vision score? Can that help me score my S?
