Riot, either nerf Caitlyn's auto range or buff Tristana's passive

I've said this before and I'm saying it again now, there's no reason that a champion that has a passive dedicated solely to gaining increased range, should be outranged by another champion until level 16 and even at level 18 Tristana will only outrange Caitlyn by 19 units (Caitlyn's auto range being 650).

Especially when said champion has nothing in their kit that allows them to influence people outside of their auto range while Caitlyn has HER ENTIRE KIT that can influence people outside her range, Caitlyn's passive increases her range by 650 (Making her auto range 1300 for one hit), her Q has a range of 1250, her W has a range of 800, her E has a range of 950, and her ult has a range of 2000/2500/3000.

What the hell is Tristana's purpose if one champ alone nulifies any reason to pick her?! In both safety and range Caitlyn outclasses Tristana and Tristana doesn't even get to have a great late game for this, definitely not when compared to champs that are known to be late game power houses like Twitch, Kog'Maw, Jinx and Vayne.

Increase Tristana's passive range, make it so there's some freaking reason to pick her that doesn't require you to magically stall out the game long enough for an ADC to reach level 16.
