Quinn and Valor – Demacia's Wings - Rework Idea

I'm a big fan of Quinn as a Champion, but everytime i play her ... her ultimate feels really lackluster. So I tried to rework her and give her maybe an unique place in League of Legends. Valor got a new set of abilities (with no damage numbers)! I didn't change the ability names or have come up with new, because I'm not very creative.

Quinn and Valor – Demacia's Wings

- Passive -

Harrier

  • RANGE: 525

  • ON-TARGET COOLDOWN: 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 (Levels up with Level 1/6/11/16)

  • Valor periodically marks a nearby visible enemy with Vulnerable for 4.5 seconds, and granting standard sight of them over the duration. This cannot occur again for a few seconds, decreasing if Quinn triggers the Vulnerable. If Quinn attacks a Vulnerable enemy, she deals bonus physical damage.

  • Harrier is disabled while Tag Tag Team is active.

  • When she switch with Valor, he gains additional 75 movement speed AND can passes terrain. While he passes terrain he loses his additional movement speed and is slowed for 20%.

Q : Blinding Assault

  • RANGE: 1025

  • COST: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 MANA

  • COOLDOWN: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6

  • ACTIVE: Quinn commands Valor to fly forwards in a line, stopping when he collides with an enemy. Valor then deals physical damage and blinds nearby enemies within 250 range for 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8 seconds.

  • RANGE: 500

  • COST: -

  • COOLDOWN: 12 / 12 / 12 / 12 / 12

  • ACTIVE - TAG TEAM: Valor dashes forward and hits the enemy three times. If the target is a champion or a monster they will also bleed for 5 seconds, granting standard sight of their location to Valor and taking additional physical damage each second for the duration.

W : Heightened Senses

  • RANGE: 2500

  • COST: -

  • COOLDOWN: 50 / 42 / 36 / 28 / 20

  • PASSIVE: Attacking a Vulnerable target will grant Quinn bonus attack speed (25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45%) and flat movement speed (25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65) for 2.5 seconds.

  • ACTIVE: All area within range is revealed for 2.5 seconds. For each revealed enemy champion she gains additional attack speed and movement speed that stacks with Heightened Senses Passive.

  • RANGE: 2500

  • COST: -

  • COOLDOWN: 25

  • RECHARGE TIME: 100 / 85 / 70 / 55 / 40

  • ACTIVE - TAG TEAM: Valor commands a other bird to the target location within range to take on patrol, gaining sight with 500. The bird can only be placed on terrain. The bird will die if attacked twice by an enemy champion or once by a tower. If the bird is destroyed by an enemy champion it will attack the enemy chamipon (no damage) and will have their vision limited to 600 units.

  • Valor stores a charge every few seconds, and can store up to 2 charges.

E : Vault

  • RANGE: 750

  • COST: 50 MANA

  • COOLDOWN: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8

  • ACTIVE: Quinn dashes to an enemy, knocking it back a short distance, dealing physical damage and slowing the target's movement speed by 50%. This slow decays over 2.5 seconds. During her dash she can decide where she lands within her auto attack range. Quinn can't be crowd controlled during her dash, but can be damaged.

  • RANGE: 250

  • COST: -

  • COOLDOWN: 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12

  • ACTIVE - TAG TEAM: Valor grabs an enemy champion and apply Grievous Wounds. During the time he can decide where he want to fly. The enemy champion isn't suppressed and can cancel the spell with a dash or other movement abilites.

R : Tag Team

  • COST: -

  • COOLDOWN: 6 / 5 / 4

  • PASSIVE: Attacking a Vulnerable target refreshes 1 second of Valors cooldowns.

  • Valor replaces Quinn on the battlefield as a mobile melee attacker with alternate versions of Quinn's abilities. Valor can also move through units.

Let me know what you think of the rework idea. Quinn needs more attention and love! C'mon Riot!

No, Quinn is fine, and this kit is both OP and kinda ruins Quinn and Valor's thematic as it is

And a further, general point: Can people PLEASE stop asking/reworking Tagteam to be a form switching skill, ala Nidalee? Riot already tried that out, and it wasn't a good fit for the champ, and they scraped it. Valor is closer to Shyvana's ult, gaining empowered skills and steroids, as opposed to a true form changer

Quinn is currently not a Jayce-style transform champion - her ult is a steroid or mobility spell. To make her like every other form changing champion... is the exact opposite of "giving her a unique place in the League" - rather it threatens everything that currently makes her unique.

To assume Quinn needs a rework is ludicrous. She quite literally has but two problems - that of her worst-in-class attack animations, and that of a numerically undertuned ultimate.
