Riot, how do you feel about Tristana's current position?

It's been about three weeks since the most recent change to Tristana shipped; her basic attacks during Q will reduce the cooldown of her E, and her E cooldown at higher ranks is slightly longer. This is a fairly interesting change and I enjoy using it. However, in my opinion, Tristana still feels somewhat weak. She has one of the lowest win-rates among ADCs, and just doesn't seem very powerful in fights at all stages unless you snowball immensely. Right now it feels like other ADCs, especially Jinx (the 5.8 nerf may help with this), do her job better. Are you comfortable with her current spot right now, and if not, do you have any more plans for changes to her?
