Ranked games restricion

This is about afking in ranked games. I realize that it would be inappropriate to ban every player for even the smallest of thing, but I have a proposal!

Just like when you leave champion-select and can not join another game for a few minutes, you should be blocked from entering another ranked game if you left the previous one. This could possibly result in less people doing a ragequit after 15 minutes just because they are 0/3 in lane.

Also, this penalty could stack up over time, so if you ragequit in multiple games over the period of a week you would have a massive 24-hour ranked-que-block (or whatever time), however it would ofcourse start with just a one or two-hour block.

The point is to reduce the amount of people doing this: "FK MID FEEDR NOOB I GO AFK" And then they go afk, and just hop into another game right after, again and again.

PS: I know some will think "well my internet gives me kicks etc". This is why your account is not banned, you are just blocked from entering ranked games. Also, if your internet kicks that often you are in a way toxic to deal with in ranked games as you often create an unfair match.
