Low Priority Que Angst

I was recently placed back into low priority que. This is very frustrating, considering that I am a player that has a life outside of gaming and sometimes stuff does come up and things happen when you have a family. This is ludicrous to make someone that is already busy wait longer to play a game. Also, half of the reason I've had dodge or disconnection issues is because this new client works very poorly on my mac. If this continues to happen I'm going to just request a full refund of the money I've spent on both of my accounts because you are making it impossible to play the game. If you cannot do that I will have to talk to my lawyer, because I am being barred from using services I have payed for and that is not just.

You my friend need to chill. How about you read over the terms of agreement and the company bylaws? And btw..if you can't wait 20min I suggest you find a different game to play.

I literally have a smurf account that I bought and can't even use anymore because I have to wait 20 minutes and I don't even know how it got that high it didn't even start at a 5 minute que time. Like where and how can we learn the rules of this so we aren't just getting clubbed over the head without knowing the rules.
