Question at Riot or anyone who has heard something about this

Will Mord ever get a rework again? I loved the old Mord, he was my go to top laner (top lane is my least favorite role) but Mord made it fun for me. In his current state he is meant to be a melee adc in the bot lane. So im just wondering if Riot has any plans for a rework for him again, or if anyone has heard a rioter talk about in his current state.

I also loved Skarner a LOT before his last rework, those were my two favorite odd ball champions for a long time, but now i rarely touch them in their current state
