honor points and leavers

I dont play competitively due to lack of time and restrictions of laneing characters. I choose the chaos of aram and the surprise of every new game. That being said i have played hundreds of games and find no use for honor points. I leave a game through bad connection and boom im banned for 20 minutes. Honor at this point represents nothing. I suggest if not for skins, crafting materials, or anything else honor should be used on some level to lessen the stick that bans us from games due to poor connections. I leave 1 game in 50 why should i be punished the same as someone who cant deal with loosing or a bad character. If i can spend my honor points to rejoin without punishment would that not balance it. if i could get some representation or reward for 100's of games, money, time, dedication, that i have put into this.....then i would not feel so angry at people who leave....people who do not respect their teammates. Im not saying give us free things. Im asking not to be punished when i get a bad connection or real life things that force me to leave. Let me spend my honor that i have earned by my own peers to continue doing what i love which is randomly chewing up people at aram or being non competitive in a non premade
