Low Elo Thresh + Lee = Game of Death?

I'm playing in Silver and I've noticed a pattern. Whenever my team gets both and , it almost ALWAYS leads to a loss.

Somehow.

I think its because it leads to overspecialisation of damage dealing (into the Mid and ADC) which pro players can handle and optimise but in Silver, when you mindlessly imitate it doesn't work out so well.

Half the time one of them will be okay but the other will SUCK. When you have the that either never lands his hooks or ALWAYS lands them but always to start stupid fights (every hook = win mentality) it feels like 4/3 v 5. The Lee will sometimes be godly, or maybe he's just OP, but becomes COMPLETE TRASH in the late game.

Most noticeably, the team never has enough damage once these 2 are picked.
