Suggested Change to Cleanse to Make it Viable
Cleanse should now be able to be used on an ally. This would make it a viable spell that would be picked up by supports. This would allow more counter-play and require more skill.

Not only would it be good on supports it'd also be good on utility mids like Ori who can either use it to peel for the ADC, help an engaging bruiser/tank or self-peel.
i say sure. It would make higher elos more interesting and would be a wasted summoner down in my elo. Most people don't use the actives on their respective items let alone summoners correctly. ADCs QQ about Zed ult.....

Heck yes. This would greatly improve the viability of cleanse as a summoner spell, as the ability to remove CC from allies would be very unique and thus give Cleanse a special place in the game.
