Riot about Xin zhao W (Reworked)

The problem is not the Cast animation...is that it dosent feel right for xin zhao kit because its a self root...

So the fix here is to make it so he can move while using W because no matter how much you reduse the cast animation you will still be self rooter and it would still feel bad to use...right now W is only good for poke in lane..

This need to be a tool that can use to catch up people and damage people not to be self rooted and let others just walk away..
