Nautilus bug

So, I just played a game vs nautilus. And everyone knows the floating/surfing bug with naut. But I though it was patched, but it happend to him. So i'm wondering how you do that surf/float bug with him. Does he need to have a special skin, or do you have to do a special interaction? Thank you for your answers.
