Reduce LP lost for ranked games with an afk

Its absolutely ridiculous nothing has been done with regards to this before. i was absolutely going to win my last ranked game, but one of the guys had to go. resulting in a loss. its completely stupid that i should lose a full 19 lp when a teammate was gone in excess of 10 minutes. i understand if someone leaves right before a loss that could be abused. but look into this and make it reasonable.
