Reduce diff between solo laner and jungler XP
I'm honestly so sick of being 3-4 levels behind enemy solo laners. The only way to be even in level with them is to be massively ahead

Camp somone kills give a lot of exp. Soak up laner Exp LUL then riot will buff jungle cause were all in there lanes juicing up on exp
