The tentacles spawned from Illaoi's ult should circle her and follow her.

She wants enemies to be kept in motion - Good, force them to be constantly running for 8 seconds when she ults.

This champion got literally killed last patch, and it's a free loss if I decide to play her now, no matter how well I do. Please at least test this on the PBE? It wouldn't hurt, and if it works well, then implement it.
